INVESTOR RELATIONS

Stellar Business Bank was founded by a group of local business professionals who recognized the community’s need for a locally managed and operated bank that would work to serve the specific needs of businesses, non-profit organizations and residents of the San Gabriel Valley, Inland Empire and surrounding markets.

As the only community bank based in Covina, we believe that we have a service advantage which incorporates our ability to be responsive to requests, flexible in our decision making and innovative in the manner by which we manage banking relationships.

Our product offerings include traditional deposit, loan and ancillary services for businesses, non-profit organizations and consumers. We also provide SBA lending, construction financing, cash management services, and online banking.

Stellar Business Bank is a California State Chartered Bank and trades OTC under the stock symbol “SLRB.”

Notices to Customers
Effective July 21, 2010, your deposits at Stellar Business Bank are now permanently insured up to $250,000 per depositor, per insured institution for each account ownership category.

NOTICE OF CHANGES IN TEMPORARY FDIC INSURANCE COVERAGE
FOR TRANSACTION ACCOUNTS

All funds in a "noninterest-bearing transaction account" are insured in full by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation from December 31, 2010, through December 31, 2012. This temporary unlimited coverage is in addition to, and separate from, the coverage of at least $250,000 available to depositors under the FDIC´s general deposit insurance rules.

The term "noninterest-bearing transaction account" includes a traditional checking account or demand deposit account on which the insured depository institution pays no interest. It does not include other accounts, such as traditional checking or demand deposit accounts that may earn interest, NOW accounts, money-market deposit accounts, and Interest on Lawyers Trust Accounts ("IOLTAs").

For more information about temporary FDIC insurance coverage of transaction accounts, visit www.fdic.gov.
